Leadercast Highlights
I spent my day getting fueled up, fired up and massively inspired at the Chick-fil-A Leadercast. I had the amazing opportunity to learn from some of the nation’s top leaders and speakers such as John Maxwell, Seth Godin, Dave Ramsey and many more as they talked about developing strong leaders, building their companies, creating strong team cultures, inspiring innovative thinking and a host of other subjects. It seriously felt like drinking from a fire hydrant! There was so much to take in and absorb as quickly as possible.
I have audios of the speakers and the notes I typed during the sessions which I have reviewed this evening over a cup of my favorite tea of the moment (Organic Ginger Peach). I’m definitely embarking on setting some new goals and with a freshly inspired vision.
There were so many take-aways, so many nuggets of truth and wisdom and inspiration. One of my favorite quotes from Seth Godin when he was talking about how to market to consumers in this modern age was when he said “We have to stop yelling at our audience, and earn the right to start whispering to them.” So profoundly true!
Can’t wait to take all I learned today and launchpad with it into the next phase of my life.
